This page explains what we collect when you register for an Agentical AI workshop and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number
• Which option best describes you (student, professional and so on)
• Whether you agreed to WhatsApp reminders and an automated reminder call
• How you found us (ad campaign tags in the link, the referring page) and basic technical details such as your browser

How we use it

• To send you the session link, reminders and the replay
• If you agreed, to message you on WhatsApp and place one short automated reminder call before the session. The call says clearly that it is automated.
• To tell you about our paid cohort and future workshops. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure which ads bring people to the workshop. If you arrived from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad, the Meta Pixel records that you registered.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use service providers to run the workshop: hosting (Vercel), automation and storage (for example n8n and Google Sheets), email and WhatsApp messaging, calling (voice AI and telephony providers) and Zoom. They process your data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed, or up to 24 months after your last workshop, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell the reminder agent you don't want calls, and we'll stop contacting you that way.
